How we accept referrals.

The Center for Living accepts client referrals in two ways.

• Clients may refer themselves to the Center for treatment.
   
• Clients may be referred by others to the Center. Groups that refer clients to us tend to be employee assistance programs, managed health care organizations, corporations or other treatment service providers.
  
   

Make a referral.

To refer yourself or someone else to the Center, simply call us at 212-712-8800.

We will then schedule an appointment for a complete Bio Psycho Social Assessment to occur within twenty-four to forty-eight hours of your call.

Walk-ins are also welcomed.
