Levels of Care

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our IOP is a 10-to-14-hour per week treatment track designed to last approximately 12 weeks (about 3 months). At this level of care, our signature modality is group therapy, scheduled 3 hours per day, 3 days per week. Our IOP groups are focused on the development and utilization of coping skills to support young people in early recovery. Our IOP curriculum draws from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Psychodynamic, Psychoeducation, and 12-Step Recovery approaches to address our clients’ challenges and support their strengths. At an IOP level of care, our clients also engage in individual therapy, family therapy, psychiatric services, and peer recovery services.

Outpatient Program (OP)

Individuals who complete our IOP program will step down to our OP program. Additionally, those who have completed a higher level of care elsewhere and are seeking admission into our program may start in our OP program. This level of care, split into three phases, includes group therapy, individual therapy, psychiatric services, and peer recovery services. The three phases are characterized by the number of groups assigned per week—our OP3 program includes 3 groups per week on three separate days, along with other services; our OP2 program includes 2 groups per week on two separate days; and our OP1 program includes 1 group per week.
