New York Center for Living provides outpatient addiction and co-occurring mental health treatment for adolescents, young adults, and families in Midtown Manhattan.
We treat substance use disorders and behavioral addictions, including tech and screen-related challenges, using evidence-based therapy, structured support, and strong community connection.
Our comprehensive model includes individual therapy, group counseling, family involvement, and medication-assisted treatment when appropriate. We help young people build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen accountability, and develop healthier relationships with substances and technology.

How We’re Changing Lives
Treatment Services that Meet Your Needs
Our program offers structure, community, and evidence-based care that helps each person grow. No matter who you are or where you come from, the New York Center for Living provides the tools and environment to rebuild your life with strength and purpose.
Our outpatient treatment center focuses on recovery through community and evidence-based treatment, practical tools and skills that we tailor to make sure they meet you where you are and they're in-line with your emotional and psychological needs.
Intensive Outpatient is 6 to 9 clinical hours of treatment per week. The level of IOP is determined by clinical assessment and includes group therapy, weekly individual therapy sessions, family support and an initial psychiatric evaluation with ongoing med management as needed.
Treatment for tech addiction, goes far and beyond the use of screens and includes an unhealthy emotional connection to the internet. Just like alcohol and drugs, screen time can become an addiction that can damage your mental health and relationships if its not treated.
New York Center for Living is exclusively dedicated to the treatment of substance use and co-occurring disorders among teenagers, adults, and their families.
