Lisa is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, implementing D&I best practices, and strategic staffing with large global organizations such as Pfizer, BlackRock, Citibank, and The Boston Consulting Group. Her work has also encompassed creating and implementing specialized employment programs and HR initiatives that reach beyond her specialization in recruiting and diversity.
Lisa holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Communication from Rutgers University. In addition to her professional endeavors, Lisa is passionate about volunteering, fostering dogs, and engaging in real estate and DIY projects.
