Intensive Outpatient
Our intensive outpatient programs are designed for young adults and adults, with 9 hours of individual and group therapy each week. Our IOP offerings incorporate individual and group therapy, family support where necessary, wellness and recovery activities, and access to different types of therapy. We specialize in DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and exposure therapy.
Our adult program for those 25 and older can provide working professionals with continued support and the highest level of treatment via a virtual program.
Outpatient
Our traditional outpatient programs are there for teens, providing up to 6 hours of group therapy per week plus access to individual, parent, or significant other support groups, and peer recovery support. Our teen program takes into consideration things like school schedules, homework, and family obligations, making it possible to still participate in wellness and recovery activities without sacrificing any of those.

At the NY Center for Living we operate as an out-of-network provider. We support families by providing monthly Superbills so that they you can submit claims for reimbursement.
