  • The Center of CollaborationWhether you’re a psychiatrist, social worker, pediatrician, discharge coordinator, or the like, we are here to make the referral process as seamless as possible and help determine the appropriate level of care for your client.
  • Communication and CollaborationWith the client’s consent we are able to communicate with outside providers and provide updates while the client is in treatment with us. When the client has completed our program, we will always refer back to the outside provider.Please reach out to us as 646-692-0034 or email us at info@centerforliving.org to speak with someone in our Admissions department who can discuss our program and walk you through the referral and admissions process.
